The Rules and Regulations Committee has been working very hard to monitor the CC&R violators in our Homeowners Association. Volunteer committee members regularly and impartially check for violations. The list is then sent to IPM, who sends out the letters and/or Citations.

As a reminder, there is to be no parking on the streets, especially over night. No campers or motor homes are to be parked in the streets, as per CC&R’s (5.15 & 6.06).
