Architectural Review Committee (ARC)

Mr. Joe Wilson has recently accepted the position of Architectural Review Committee (ARC) Chairman.

Mr. Wilson reminds all Homeowners that they are to submit their new plans or plans to change the landscaping or appearance of the exterior of their homes to Management for ARC approval of their plans prior to beginning any work.

The ARC meets monthly to review these plans to ensure they comply with the CC&R’s and meet the standards of the community. The forms for requesting approval are available for download here.

All architectural plans must be submitted to

NOTE: All plans must be submitted with the Architectural Change Request Forms. Management will forward all plans to the Architecural Committee for review and approval.
