Neighborhood Watch Committee
The Neighborhood Watch Committee was established to review and recommend a variety of issues concerning Homeowners in our community. These issues are not just those of a few, but of all the residents of the beautiful area in which we live. Many of us moved to the community to enjoy the peace, serenity and at times solitude that we can all enjoy-even while living in a populated area. The quiet and peace we all seek is the norm at Dayton Valley Community; however, we have encountered a number of incidents, which have created problems for some of the Homeowners. The committee will look at issues that have created problems in the past, such as: vandalism, theft, speeding and other appropriate security factors. Should there be other issues of concern to Homeowners, they may contact members of the committee.

This is our community, all should be aware of that which is out of the ordinary, or that which raises concern. We all should be congizant of our surroundings, noting anything suspicious or individual(s) who are not familiar in the neighborhood. Most are often here on regular business or visitors of a resident; however, in the past we have experienced problems with people who do not live in this community.

Again, this is your community. We should all be involved in retaining the secure and peaceful environment in which we live. Anyone wishing to participate in the committee, please feel free to join and participate. Your input and participation will assist the committee in developing programs and procedures, which address Homeowner's concerns.

We are in need of more members for the committee who are willing to help out monitoring our area.

If you would like to be involved in making this a better community in which to live, please contact management.
