DVCA Board of Directors

The Association is managed by an elected Board of Directors.

Among the Board's responsibilities is the maintenance of any association-owned property, plus the maintenance of a high standard of architecture and construction, consistent with the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R’s).

The Board is also responsible for enforcement of land use restrictions found in the CC&R’s, and enforcement of the Rules and Regulations (Rules & Reg's), which are approved by the Board during the course of conducting the business of the corporation, and are distributed to the members annually, as updated.

The DVCA Board of Directors currenlty consists of seven members.
