Committee approval is required prior to starting any exterior construction, including walls and landscaping.

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) was established to help maintain and guide the growth of Dayton Valley Community Association. The ARC is made up of Owners that volunteer their time to review, approve or disapprove all architectural requests submitted by members.
