About Dayton Valley Community Association

Surrounded by the majestic Sierra Nevada mountains and protected on two sides by thousands of acres of U.S. government land, Dayton Valley is destined to become a legend in Northern Nevada. 
 
Dayton Valley Community Association is a well balanced community, offering quality residential, recreational, and economic opportunities in the unspoiled beauty of the Nevada high desert.
 
Dayton Valley Community Association is a Nevada non-profit corporation, consisting of owners of properties within the ultimate boundaries of the master association. The purpose of the master association is to ensure that the community areas and common facilities will be maintained in an attractive manner and will be available for the enjoyment of all owners. As members of the Association, all owners share in the cost of maintaining the common areas. Common areas presently being maintained by Dayton Valley Community Association are entrance gates, landscaping, street lighting, streets and water features.

Gate Transmitter Price
Gate transmitters are $49 each ($42 plus $7 shipping). Any owner interested in purchasing a transmitter, must complete and send the order form to Management.

Please remember that the Golf Course is PRIVATE PROPERTY and is to be used for Golfers ONLY at all times. Please do not play, ride bikes, skateboard or use it as a walking trail.
